Speyeria aphrodite
I say this because of shape of wing, arrangement of markings, and brownish eyes. Note the distinct orange in the marginal area of the hindwings and the much less prominent black edging along the veins. This is a female, and they are much less bright orange, with dark markings more prominent. Compare with these:
