Harpalini
This is a specimen in the Harpalini, in the genera Bradycellus, Stenolophus, and Acupalpus. With out much more detail of the mentum (with tooth or without), and posterior apical setae of the elyta, it's not even possible to place this specimen within one of these genera, let alone identify the species.
