Dusky I think
The dulled coloration on the thorax is supportive of Dusky Clubtail (
Gomphus spicatus
), but a look at the subgenital plate would be best for confirmation. Do you have any other photos?

I have enlarged the image of the occiput which is diagnostic. I think this is Gomphus spicatus too.

G. spicatus
The shape of the back of the occiput looks close to the illustration for G. spicatus in Needham et al.

Gomphus female
Take a look in the group which includes Dusky and Ashy. If it's one of those two you likely won't be able to determine which it is from pictures. Paulson suggests eye colour MAY help in some cases but given the inaccuracy of colour reproduction along the path from live animal to computer screen, I wouldn't be too hopeful
