Netted and glassed the terminal apendage. Dead ringer for Epitheca-spinosa. Upward point spine near the tip of the cerci is diagonotic and can be seen in photo. I would place it in the correct page but I am unable to find it. This is an immature because the eyes are not blue.

Epitheca spinosa. The appendages are diagnostic...similar species do not occur in southern NJ
