might be a Tanypus
Looks like a very mangled Tanypus (Chironomidae)

 
Psectrotanypus dyari
Although the fly looks superficially bare the large size version of this photo shows a large number of hair sockets on the thorax including a double row on the postnotum. By the hairy thorax and wing pattern of the third photo it looks like Psectrotanypus dyari.
