Remarks
"E. hyalinus in North America is restricted to the Pacific coast. It is much more widespread in Europe and most of its relatives seem to be European, so I strongly suspect it was introduced from Europe." --E.L. Mockford, pers.comm. to =v=, 6.ii.2013
