Bagworm or casebearer? - Psyche casta

Bagworm or casebearer? - Psyche casta
Heritage Valley, Allamakee County, Iowa, USA
June 20, 2009
Going thru some bioblitz photos to finish ID work and came across this photo of a bagworm or casebearer of some sort. Think it may be Family Psychidae - Bagworm Moths and looks like Psyche casta from BG http://bugguide.net/node/view/252887/bgpage.

Would like to know what it is if ID is possible. Thanks!
