Acantholyda? - Cephalcia californica

Acantholyda? - Cephalcia californica
Mt. Hood area, Clackamas County, Oregon, USA
July 2, 2011
Size: 15 mm
Found on Pinus contorta.
This specimen has red-orange head, pronotum and all legs. The body and wings are shiny blue-black.
I think this is a member of Genus Acantholyda from Pamphiliidae family. I would go with a female of Acantholyda erythrocephala but all red legs and pronotum make me feel unconfident.
Thanks a lot for any help with ID!
