Ichneumon Wasp?

Ichneumon Wasp?
Camp Wood, Edwards County, Texas, USA
October 20, 2012
Might this be an Ophion?

Frassed
Moved from Ophioninae. Noting that it's not possible to ID this further without a clearer view of wing venation. It's probably either Ophion or Enicospilus (i.e. americanus complex), though there are also some Eremotylus that range into Texas as well.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Yes
Yes,it might be, but it isn't possible to say with certainty because the image of the forewing venation doesn't suffice. It is surely Ophioninae and not Netelia (Tryphoninae).
