Andre, those pics are wonderful.
My Argiope built the sack, laid her eggs and died all in one night. I wonder if the mosquito spraying 10 days ago caused her to die so quickly.

I removed the County/Parish/District/Region entry because it was confusing the BugGuide software. Unfortunately, the software tacks on "County" when it doesn't recognize the entity in question. That's fine in the US, but Canada is more complicated. I tried various combinations of the region names like Estrie,l'Estrie,Eastern Townships, etc, but it still couldn't handle it.
I finally just added the name of the county after the region so the word "County" wouldn't be incorrect. I hope I got it right and didn't just "correct" it by making it worse...
