males 11-12 mm.
females about 10.5 mm.
Identification
Forewing is a mottled brownish color and lacks the black marks along the costa where the transverse lines begin. The very similar Rindgea nigricomma has the bold black marks along the costa and is a more gray color.(1)
Range
In the United States known only from Brownsville, Laguna Atascosa and the Sabal Palm Sanctuary of Cameron County, Texas. (1)
A few specimens taken in Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipis, and Jalisco, Mexico. (1)
Food
Larval host is unknown. (1)
