Super guess!
Bold jumping spider (Phidippus audax) eating a stink bug, or shield bug.

I would absolutely wait for an expert opinion though!

Can you divulge how you knew it was a male?

 
I thought I saw enlarged palps
in the second shot and combined with the white leg tufts I figured male. However, now that I look again, I might have gotten that wrong. Check out this site and take another look at your spider to see what you think.
