This is the third type of parasitoid to emerge from these galls

I only have one left; no cynipids yet.
Somewhat reminiscent of this larger one from MA that is thought to be a new species:

I am told that this appears close to Torymus californicus and may be T. warreni, which is typically metallic blue violet (californicus is metallic green). Both differ from the MA species in lacking a large tooth on the hind femur.
