german or asian cockroach nymph.
if it was found indoors then most likely German cockroach, if it's found outdoors then most likely Asian. German and Asian cockroaches are near impossible to tell apart in the nymph stage. though in adult form the German cockroach has noticeably shorter wings,(because the German cannot fly)

looks like Blattella germanica, german cockroach. or possibly a woodroach. see what others think...
