Spider?? - Tetragnatha

Spider?? - Tetragnatha
MYRTLE BEACH, Horry County, South Carolina / USA County, South Carolina, USA
January 1, 2013
Size: 1" - 1 1/2"
While taking photos in the fog one morning, I came across this little guy covered with morning dew. I think it's a spider because of the legs, but then again, his body his odd shaped so I'm not sure. This is the only photo I have of this so I hope it's enough to tell what it is. I'm sorry!!

I agree with Ken that it's a Tetragnatha (Longjawed Orbweaver), I can't think of anything else that looks like that. I don't think we can narrow it down to species from this image, they're very difficult to narrow down even from highly detailed images.
