Capniidae?

Size: ~1cm or less

These small stonefly larvae were fairly common in a shallow, rocky ephemeral stream. They were found under rocks, mostly in pools with some leaf litter. The best match I can find would be the small winter stonefly pictures I've seen, but that is just a guess.
