Moved from Axymyiidae. The 2011 paper by Wihlm lists a record from GSMNP and I assume this is the source of the record. "Tennessee: Sevier Co: GSMNP, small creek near Husky Gap trail, 35°39'N 83° 31'W."

 
That's the location.
Our 2007 ISU Aquatics class took spring break to the GSMNP.

Presumably A. furcata
There is only one species known from the East, A. furcata.

 
I've heard from Greg Courtney
that there are undescribed species, but I think they're from further north
