I'm guessing the one with the worry lines over his eyes is a male. What's he worried about?

C.misellus?
I have checked MCZ type database, and this has to be a Chauliognathus. With the Fender key, you end up with C.discus (which we have in the guide, looks different).
Possibility left is abovenamed species, compare type specimen - if we presume an all pale variety, it has to look like yours.
