Aulacidae!
Wow, this might be a new family for Bugguide! This is a female in the genus Pristaulacus, P. fasciatus if memory serves. They are, at first glance, a dead ringer for the pompilid Entypus unifasciatus. Outstanding find!

Wow, I actually thought it was a pompilid when I saw it but this is good too. Well I guess it's not good since I have never heard of Aulacidae. Looking forward to the guide coming out..... sometime around January right?
