Size: maby an inch long
(better pic then before). What is it?

Found under a log in daytime.

Moved from Fungus Gnats.

Most probably Keroplatus sp.
Most probably Keroplatus sp.

Could be a Keroplatine Mycetophilid (fungus gnat) larva. Sometimes they are placed in their own family Keroplatidae.

I'm not sure, but it look like an immature earthworm to me.
