Psilocorsis reflexella?
I think this keys to Psilocorsis reflexella. It lacks the "poorly defined, oblique, dark brownish-gray band running from costa at 2/3 length of forewing to posterior margin before anal angle" (1) of quercicella. Paul Denehy moved your similar example, photo 903291 from quercicella to reflexella. It's admittedly a bit ambiguous.
