Moth yellow & brown - Ponometia semiflava

Moth yellow & brown - Ponometia semiflava
6 miles NW Lyons, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
June 13, 2004
Size: Costal FW ~ 13.2 mm
This attractive yellow & brown moth looks somewhat similar to Lychnosea helveolaria (#564564) and also to Powell & Opler, plate 30-3 (which was taken not far away from this photo. In both cases the brown band seems small than the yellow band. Am I on the right track--or is it a completely different moth? Any help is much appreciated.

Ponometia semiflava - The Half-Yellow - Hodges #9085

Thank you!

Thank you so much for identifying it. The common name Half-Yellow is perfect for this attractive moth!
