Looks familiar
compare this one of mine:
I don't think it's the same species of caterpillar, but the parasitoid looks very similar. Are you raising them? I'd love to see what they turn out to be.

the wasps emerged! That was fast. Will post images soon.
Following up on Tony's ID, they appear to be very similar to this
one
. The large specimens in the batch are about 1mm.
