Proctacanthus oops!
Oops! Returning to this a decade later, I think I misidentified this. Given the locality, it should likely be Proctacanthus rufus, not P. hinei. Maybe best to bump up to genus until we get better characters to confidently differentiate the females.

Bumble bee is prey
Perhaps B. impatiens but I find it hard to tell from this angle unfortunately.
