Scorpion - Vaejovis carolinianus

Scorpion - Vaejovis carolinianus
Bessemer, Jefferson County, Alabama, USA
March 14, 2013
Size: ~1.5 inch
I found several of these today under a rotten log. I caught 4 of them and still have them, in case any further shots are needed for ID. I'm wondering if it could be a Serradigitus, based on the claw shot that I got, but I really don't know. Supposedly Alabama is home to Buthidae and Vaejovidae families.

Thanks, wolfpacksved! Is that a definite ID? Can I move these photos to that species, or should I await further confirmation?
