Flower is pink honeysuckle. Wasps were feeding on nectar through holes they'd drilled in the flower petals.

Nectar robber
Interesting. This behaviour is called nectar robbing. The wasp doesn't pollinate the flower. It can't access the the nectaries the "legitimate" way because the flower is built for pollinators with long mouthparts. I have seen this behaviour in Ancistrocerus as well.
