Anthidium oblongatum
not manicatum; note orange tegulae. A. manicatum does visit white flowers. Color of flowers visited is not an acceptable criterion for identifying Anthidium.

white, turning to pink
it could be I just over-exposed the photo a little. This Sedum actually starts pale green, turns to pale pink and gradually gets darker, passing through a deep burnt red, ending in almost a dark brown. But the bugs seem to love it anytime before the frost :)
