I agree with John - this is C. bacata

Cosmopterix
The antenna pattern and lack of inward white lining of the tegulae suggest that it's not attenuatella. I strongly suspect this is C. bacata, whose range is basically Florida to Alabama. As in your moth, C. bacata has a large white area at the apex of the antennae.
