Terry Harrison said that this moth is definitely either Chionodes gilvomaculella or Chionodes cacula. "The MONA says that gilvomaculella is known only from the northern USA, whereas the extremely similar (on external appearance) cacula, is found only in the south. As often is the case, dissection and/or barcoding would be required for a conclusive ID as to which one you have, but based on the biogeographies in the MONA, I would be compelled to call your moth Chionodes cacula."
