Cool moth!
Carol- I am enjoying all your posts of new species. Your images are a great additions to the Guide. Hopefully, I will encounter some of these myself when I have more time to photograph away from Hobe Sound.

new species
It was a very pretty little moth and stayed on the sheet until we took it down. Sometimes it looked purple and sometimes pinkish red. It is always fun to find new things. I look quite frequently to see what you are finding and have identified some of mine from your photos, like 8517 Palpidia pallidior. You are getting a beautiful collection of moths. How many species do you have from your yard now? It is a great hobby! Keep up the great work.

Moths
Thanks and yes, mothing is a great hobby! I probably have found about 350-400 species by now, and I really have not concentrated much on the micros. I hope to do more of that over the summer when I have a little more time- I need to retire! Keep those new species coming.
