I'm pretty sure this is T. gigantea from the coloration (particularly the contrasty stripes and dark face).

I have only been photographing insects/spiders since last June, mostly moths, but I have lived in our house here in Stanwood since the 70's, and I don't recall seeing a spider this large. It dropped on the back of my neck in my greenhouse--quite a shock! I'm glad they are not poisonous.
