Tiny tiny wasp

Only a couple of mm long. Perhaps a braconid wasp? Any help identifying is appreciated. I also have a blurry side pic, which I'll post if anyone thinks that would be useful.

Braconid most likely
Looks like a braconid, but superficial looks can be deceiving:-)
