Sorry I can't tell what you're referring to. Any chance you can post a close-up with an arrowing pointing at it?

I'm afraid I can't add an arrow, but am adding a close-up of the area surrounded by the left pedipalp, centered on the structure in question. It may just be the edge of the mandible - to me it looks dagger shaped, starts at (behind) the mid-point of the femur of the pedipalp, points toward five o'clock, looks to be edged in white highlights.
