Snow Spider - Thanatus
Frontenac Park, Ontario, Canada

Air temperature about 2C, I don't know temp at ground level. Overcast. Last snow was about a week previously. I don't know if the spider was alive or how long it had been there. Possibly coaxed out on a warmer day.

Moved from ID Request. Yes, that looks good to me. From the Canadian checklist you should have T. coloradensis, T. formicinus & T. striatus.
