Agreed on the family. I don't know them well enough to guess at a genus though. Let's see what others think.

I think the black ones like this are usually Zelotes.

The ones we have filed under Drassyllus look like they have just a hint more brown to them and thinner legs. Just an overall impression though, I could be wrong.
