This looks to me like , but I'm not an expert, and maybe there are look-alikes. But the black "stubble" seems to match. See especially this image.

Syrphid larva
I believe this is the larva (maggot) of a flower fly, family Syrphidae. Several genera of syrphids feed on aphids in the larval stage, and I think this is one of them. Neat!
