Nice series of photos. Thanks for adding the shots of the male genitalia. I haven't seen this species before, but I compared the photos with specimens of the other western species, so I'm pretty certain of the ID.

 
I collected nymphs in the same location -
posting on family page for now. I thought they keyed out to Nemoura, but maybe you can take a closer look.
