I should add the word "tentative"
to all the Moth Fly I.D.'s. It looks correct to me, but I can't see the genitalia in photos, and I'm still learning them too.

Not sure
how to tell Stupkaiella from Clytocerus, but the Stupkaiella in the guide have black dots on the wings, and yours matches this Clytocerus pretty well. (FWTW)
