As in the other series which may be found here:

I was photographing this bee that was on my Cornus mas 'Elegant' (a cultivar of Corneliancherry Dogwood) when another bee slammed into it. This time the bee in this first photo somehow managed to remain on the flower cluster and struggle free of the other, as shown in the following two photos. The flower cluster is roughly 1 cm across.
