Found this on the welcome mat by the back door that leads to my yard.. it looks like some type of cockroach, but I have never seen this coloration before.. anyone have any ideas?

This one is commonly called the Cuban Cockroach.

I just checked the guide once again, and I found it this time.. I checked it twice before and it wasn't there.... hmm... Green Bannana Cockroach...
