Treehopper #3, ID Request - Ophiderma evelyna

Size: apx. 5.4 mm
Might this be Ophiderma pubescens? My specimen is a little smaller than the guide page says for this species, and a lot smaller than the other Treehoppers I saw on these 2 mornings.
