It has the strange carapace
of the males in Erigoninae, but we can't say which. Someone may recognize it.

I think we need a better picture before deciding on a family for this one. Some theridiid males, for example, have similar bulges around the eyes:
(The bulge is more obvious when viewed from the side).

I am sorry
but this is the only image of it I have, and I actually photo'd it by accident while photoing something else lol. Was a happy surprise when I looked at the picture in the background and there it was.

Looks like a pretty good match to me, and we have some with similar strong leg banding:
I don't know how much variability the other species in ON have though.
