Debatable but looks Confused.
It is my understanding that the spot pattern is variable with the Confused and may be reduced in size in Spring specimens similar to Northern. Your specimen has spots reduced in size and has a pattern that refects Confused and a bottom spot strongly offset outward of the forewing tip row.
Not an expert so wait for an expert opinion.
