This bug was large enough I thought for sure it would be in the guide already, but I couldn't find it there. I thought Coreidae was the most likely family - perhaps I'm way off base. There were several of these on the same nightshade plant where I found the (Lema solani) beetles I recently posted, and I saw at least one of these bugs actively feeding on the berries. The red markings appear to be variable - I've posted a second individual (below) that had less red.
