Given the sighting date...
...it's more likely a Hickory Borer:
Locust Borer adults are active in the fall, not spring.
EDIT: Oops! Should've looked at the second pic. :)

No, it's a Hickory Borer!
Locust borers appear later in summer and early fall and there are plenty of them in the Guide. I don't remember how to send you a link, but you can find them under their binomial, Megacyllene robiniae.
Tom Murray gave what I think is the correct ID. (See comment with the second image.)
