Two different insects found underneath Split-gill fungi, Schizophylum commune. Looked like a moth? or....well, no idea.

flier looks like a chironomid
not sure the pic shows enough for an advanced ID, but John Carr is very good with them

Ahhh again!
I can see that also! I remember it being so small I didn't even notice it til I pulled the pictures up. Each of the fungi bits were smaller then a dime. It's pose reminds me much of male mosquitoes so could see a midge working.
