Not clear enough to tell if this is Ichneumonidae or Braconidae, although given the size, dark coloration, and
almost
discernable antennal segments, it
might
be in subfamily Microgastrinae, family Braconidae. But I wouldn't bet my life on this without a clearer picture of antennae and wings.
