probably Heteroecus dasydactyli
The fuzz on Heteroecus dasydactyli rubs off very easily, leaving a shiny smooth gall, compared with a similar gall Heteroecus melanoderma. The fuzz/hair on Heteroecus dasydactyli is also longer than that on H. melanoderma. This is an old gall (exit hole visible near base), and is probably Heteroecus dasydactyli based on what I can see is left of the hair (and also where it has worn away).
