Close, but
I believe this is actually a Pipevine Swallowtail - it is missing one spot in the median orange spot-band (third spot in from the abdomen, replaced by a blue smudge). For a comparison of all the look-alikes see the

It's actually a Spicebush (P. troilus). Spicebush is the one with the missing red spot in the HW submedian. Pipevine only has one row of red spots on HW and would not show obvious spotting on the upperside.
