Tiny Moth - Argyresthia

Tiny Moth - Argyresthia
Bear, New Castle County, Delaware, USA
May 26, 2012
Size: ~ 3.5 mm

I keep thinking this looks more like an Argyresthia...

2445 – Argyresthia canadensis?
I am more convinced this is in Argyresthia and I think the MPG image below is misidentified. They seems to nicely match BOLD examples of Argyresthia canadensis (Freeman, 1972) here. I can't get the original description without buying it. The abstract can be found here. It appears this was misidentified previously as Argyresthia freyella. I can't quite understand this. The original description of A. freyella can be found here. That species was thought to be the similar European species, abdominais. The description, however, seems to match BOLD examples of both abdominais and canadensis but not freyella.

I Agree
There are some similar images at MPG under 2455 – Argyresthia freyella but I think they are misidentified. I'll see if I can figure this out later. Thanks for checking this.

Moved from Moths.

0794 – Phyllonorycter scudderella??
Bob Paterson has a matching image of his at MPG but not sure how it was IDed:
